1. Visiting this website

The website code does not use advertising trackers, analytics, cookies or persistent browser storage. Images, fonts and scripts are served with the website. The 3D scene and physics playground run in your browser; your interactions are not submitted to a server by the site.

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information and error logs to deliver and secure the website. Hosting and network services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

2. Contacting the studio

The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send a message or save your form entries to the website’s server. Opening the draft passes your name, chosen subject and message to your email application; that application or its provider may process or save the draft under its own privacy terms.

If you choose to send an email, we receive your email address, message and any other details you include. We use that information to respond to you and manage the relevant enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment details or information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

3. Email correspondence

Enquiries are handled through our email service. We use correspondence for communication, collaboration and related record keeping, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio. Where an enquiry leads to a contract, relevant details may also be needed to take steps at your request or perform that contract.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry and any related work, records or legal obligations. You can contact us about information we hold and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.

4. Game pages and external links

Links to games and the studio profile open itch.io. Those pages, their games, hosting, embedded features and any accounts or payments are governed by their own notices and terms. This website does not embed or automatically load those services. Their behaviour may differ from this studio website.

5. Your choices and rights

You can browse the studio information and follow the game links without using the contact form or interactive effects. The “Pause motion” control stops continuous animation, and the website follows your device’s reduced-motion preference by default. The motion choice lasts for the current page visit.

Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, and obtain a portable copy in certain circumstances. 6. Changes to the website
